Worth knowing before you ask
From what volume is a proposal worth it? +
There is no fixed figure. As a reference: if your monthly usage is close to or beyond the €5,000 bundle, or you need something the standard price list does not cover — monthly invoicing, several accounts, a complex integration —, it is worth talking.
Does the legal value of the evidence change? +
No. The evidence certificates, the timestamps and all the probative value are exactly the same as for any client: issued by the same Trust Service Provider with the same procedures. The only things that adjust to your volume are the pricing, the invoicing and the support.
How is it invoiced? +
With a monthly invoice for the real usage of the month: every service in a single bill, with the breakdown you need. The payment method is agreed with you in the proposal.
Does requesting a proposal commit me to anything? +
To nothing. We call you, walk you through pricing and terms, and you decide at your own pace. If there is a minimum volume, it is agreed in the proposal — and reviewed if your usage later changes.
Can I try the platform before deciding? +
Yes. Create a free account with trial credits and send your first notifications or contracts without paying anything. When you are sure, that same account moves to the agreed terms without losing any of your setup.
