The signature each document calls for

Acceptance
The signer reviews the document and expressly accepts it. Fast, with full traceability of the process: ideal for terms, authorizations and low-risk documents.
OTP code
Before signing, the signer enters a one-time code received on their phone. Possession of the phone strengthens the link between signature and signer.
Handwritten signature
The signer draws their signature on the phone or tablet screen, just as on paper. The handwriting is embedded in the document alongside the rest of the evidence.
Digital certificate
For the most demanding documents, the signer signs with their personal digital certificate, adding the cryptographic assurance of their accredited identity.

Signatures backed by the eIDAS Regulation
Regulation (EU) 910/2014 recognizes the legal effects of electronic signatures across the European Union. Every contract comes with its evidence report, and the certificates are sealed by two qualified trust service providers (Mensatek and the FNMT, the Spanish Royal Mint's certification authority).
Common questions about online contracting
Does a contract signed this way hold up in court? +
Yes. Electronic signatures have legal effects recognized by the eIDAS Regulation and cannot be denied admissibility as evidence solely because they are electronic. Alongside the signed document you get the evidence report with the full traceability of the process: who, when, how and with which verifications.
What does the signer need? +
Just their phone (or any browser). They receive a link by SMS, email or WhatsApp, open the document, review it and sign. No apps to install, no accounts to create. If the send uses OTP, they will also receive the one-time code on their phone.
Can I define the order in which several people sign? +
Yes. You can set up a sequence (the second signs once the first has done so), have everyone sign in parallel, or combine both schemes in groups. Automatic reminders chase whoever has a pending turn.
What happens if someone never signs? +
You decide the expiry of the process. If it expires incomplete, the contract is not closed and you are notified. Everything that happened up to that point (openings, partial signatures) is still recorded in the report.
