From systems engineering to legal proof
lofirmo.com is the trust services platform of ASETEC Ingeniería de Sistemas, S.L. — owner of the registered trademark MENSATEK —, a private, independent engineering company, one hundred percent Spanish-owned, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Madrid. More than two decades building systems for other businesses taught us one thing: when it really matters, technology is only worth something if it can prove what it did.
That conviction is where lofirmo.com comes from: a platform to send certified notifications by SMS, email, RCS and WhatsApp, sign contracts online, seal documents with qualified proof of date and verify the identity of whoever is on the other side. All with the same engineering mindset: every operation leaves an evidence report that stands on its own.
We don't sell messages or signatures: we deliver the peace of mind of being able to prove, years later, what was said, who said it and when.
We operate as a Trust Service Provider and issue Qualified Timestamping in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation (EU) 910/2014. On top of that, certificates are sealed by two qualified trust service providers (Mensatek and the FNMT), so the evidence never depends on a single party. Our information security and quality management are certified to the ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
