Certified SMS and SMS Contract cover messages of up to 160 characters; each additional part adds 3 credits. In Certified WhatsApp Conversations, the files exchanged (documents, images, audio) add 6 credits per megabyte. OTP codes for online contracting are charged at the rate of the channel they are sent through. Prices exclude VAT.

The usual questions, answered
Do credits expire? +
No. The credits you buy stay in your account until you spend them, with no expiry date, and they work for any lofirmo service: a Certified SMS today, a contract or an identity verification next month.
What's the minimum to get started? +
You can start without paying: signing up includes free trial credits. When you want to buy, the minimum is €10, and you don't have to stick to the listed bundles: in the custom bundle you type the exact amount you want, from €10 to €5,000.
Why does the price change with the bundle? +
What each service costs in credits never changes; what drops with the bundle is the price of each credit, from €0.043 when buying €10 down to €0.029 in the €5,000 bundle. That's why the same Certified SMS can cost you from €0.39 to €0.26 depending on the bundle you buy with.
What happens if I run out of credits? +
You buy another bundle on the spot from your dashboard. You can also set up balance alerts and automatic card top-ups, so an urgent notification never gets stuck for lack of balance.
Can I pay by monthly invoice? +
Yes: businesses with recurring volume can switch to monthly invoicing, with the whole month's usage on a single bill. Tell us about it and we'll set it up.
